Bruce Lubin

Bruce Lubin

Founding Partner

Bruce founded Bel Partners and has spent 20 years placing groups and partners at top-tier firms globally. He leads BellStone's lateral partner practice.

Full bio

With 20 years of experience as a legal recruiter, Bruce has placed groups and individual partners at top-tier law firms throughout the United States and around the globe. He has been instrumental in numerous office openings and mergers for AmLaw 200 firms worldwide, including Bogota, Caracas, Denver, Houston, Mexico City, Miami, São Paulo and Abu Dhabi.

Bruce is based in New York and Miami and focuses his practice on moving partners and groups into prominent firms throughout the United States. He also leads the firm's Latin America practice, structuring deals for prominent attorneys throughout the region and the U.S., with deep experience in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

Founding Partner

Scott founded Milestone Legal Search, a legal search firm with national and international scope, after 16 years as Managing Principal with a large national legal recruiting firm.

Full bio

Scott is an experienced legal recruiter who has worked with candidates and developed strong relationships with his clients for the past 15 years. He has successfully found new homes for over 100 lateral associate, Counsel and partner candidates. Prior to launching Milestone Legal Search, Scott was a Managing Principal and Executive Committee Member for a large and respected national legal search firm, where he managed a team of recruiters. Before his career as a legal recruiter, Scott was an associate and later a law firm partner, and practiced for nine years.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he obtained his JD, and holds an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. He is a regular attendee and presenter at the NALP Conference, the largest legal recruiting conference in the country.

Scott is married with three children, and spends most of his non-recruiting time playing tennis, coaching youth soccer, and traveling.
